Payment Methods for Plaza Services
Plaza Services accepts a variety of payment methods. Consumers are able to make a payment to our collection agencies and law firms or directly to Plaza Services over the internet, over the phone, or by mail. Payments are accepted in the form of debit cards, credit cards, checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
Our online payment portal allows consumers to make payments toward their accounts any time on any day. To make a payment online, consumers need their account number and last four digits of their social security numbers. Consumers can visit www.pay-plaza.com to make a secure payment.
We have Customer Service Representatives available to take payments over the telephone Monday through Friday from 9:00 am–5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. To make a phone payment, please call Plaza Services at 877-475-1103.
Consumers can make payments through the mail. Consumers should mail payments to Plaza Services at 110 Hammond Drive, Suite 110, Atlanta, Georgia 30328. To ensure that payments are properly applied to the account, consumers should include their account number on the check or money order and should not mail cash.
