Adam Parks, CMO of Plaza Services and President-Elect of RMAI, attended and was a panelist at the RMAI Executive Summit that took place August 2-4 at The Lodge at Spruce Peak in scenic Stowe, Vermont. The Executive Summit is a two-and-a-half-day event for owners and top managers in the ARM industry. It provides first-hand legal, legislative, and regulatory updates and industry insights on the latest topics and trends–all presented by industry leaders. Mr. Parks opened the conference as a panel member for a discussion on recent changes and best practices regarding data privacy. The session highlighted the evolution of data privacy, the application of the CCPA, and strategies that can help companies mitigate risks associated with the recent work from home model.
