Mr. Parks brings over ten years of experience in the receivables management industry and has a strong track record of marketing and compliance positions within the Receivables Management industry.
Adam Parks and Plaza Services have a long-standing relationship through ComplyARM, a leading compliance consulting firm, of which Mr. Parks is a founding partner. “Adam has been instrumental in Plaza’s growth and development to date,” says Gerald Lewis, President of Plaza Services. “His work drafting our initial policies and procedures laid the foundation of our compliance management system. In addition, he assisted the Company in various marketing projects. His deep insights into the Company make him the ideal messenger of Plaza’s commitment to delivering superior value to debt sellers in a fully compliant manner. Later this month, Mr. Parks will be representing Plaza Services for acquisitions and management at the 2018 Receivables Management Association (RMA) Executive Summit.
