Plaza Services takes disputes and complaints seriously. You can initiate an online dispute or call a Customer Service Specialist at 877-475-1103 Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm ET. Depending on individual circumstances, we will often halt collection efforts while we investigate and respond. We will provide a response within 30 days of receipt of the dispute.
