Gerald Lewis, CFA President and Owner, has more than 20-years of financial services experience. While working for Stephens Inc., he initially assisted in raising capital and providing acquisition services for sub-prime finance companies. He later became an equity research analyst for Stephens Inc., writing research on the sub-prime finance industry and specific public and private companies. After leaving Stephens, Gerald focused on sourcing and executing consumer portfolio purchases for OSI Portfolio Services, one of the largest buyers in the industry at the time. He later headed a business unit for AIS Services, a middle-market investor, which invested $20 million in capital over an 18-month period in delinquent consumer debt. In total, he has led acquisitions totaling over $2 billion in face value of debt. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
